Weight Watchers Delight- Amy's Vegetable Lasagna

Okay people. Now we are talking! I try to keep each meal to around 5 WW points so I can snack a little and have a glass of wine. This is the best thing in the world and fills you up. Flavor is amazing and I'm telling you I don't even like vegetables!

Five points for a good size lasagna. O Trans fat- No MSG- No preservatives and ORGANIC!

Anyone else found anything amazing that feels like cheating? Speak up! I need inspiration!

Love Amy's burritos - especially the one with the corn masa in the mix. So so good.

I am not sure what the points are exactly, but Trader Joe's frozen "Mandarin Chicken" asian stirfry is amazing. We cook brown rice and then mix in a pack of frozen edamame or broccoli with the chicken. It tastes just like Orange Chicken you would order at a take-out chinese restaurant with a fraction of the fat.

I also love the vegan individual frozen TJ's enchiladas. Also low in fat and very yummy!

I have a 5 point three bean and beef chili that rocks. I'll email you the recipe.

Wow...that sounds delicious! Did you find it at the regular grocery store?

I wish I had something fabulous to tell you about. If I need a sandwich I like to microwave bacon (1pt per slice), wheat bread, spicy mustard (o pts), and loads of Lettuce, tomato and Kosher Salt for a crunchy and filling BLT.

Keep watch on my blog...I'm going to post a great corn soup that is creamy without cream. Pts can't be too bad.

It's the snacks that KILL me, especially after the kids get home from school.

It's so funny that you posted about Amy's Organic Meals b/c a girlfriend of mine (who has recently lost a lot of weight) just suggested yesterday to try the Cheese Enchilada, Broccoli Pot Pie, and the Pizzas by Amy's. I'll have to try this one too. Thanks for the tip!

I'm a huge fan of cheese and crackers so when I feel like "indulging" I go for one of those Laughing Cough wedges (1 point!) and a handful of All Bran Crackers. I feel like I'm being bad but it's all only 3 points!

Thanks for the lasagna tip - I am alll over that.

I love, love, love Amy's food....all of them!
A great dessert "cheat" is the Skinny Cow's ice cream sandwiches. They come in chocolate vanilla, and my favorite, mint!
