Taking in the View

The taxi has let us out in what looks like a parking lot. Slowly we roll our bags up the hill to a sidewalk where all the signs show us where to go.






Now you can see it! The breathtaking vista over looking over the caldera. This is the Santorini you've seen in postcards but it is so much more beautiful when you can see the view going on forever.

Cruise ships sparkle in the sun way down the steep cliffs below.
