It's so weird to think of the bizarre things we did with our hair.
Banana clips? I had the spiral perm. So funny.
Will the 90's seem as weird?
With thick hair like mine I know I know what this is. Between my sisters and myself we had these all over the house growing up. Ok I am showing my age but my youngest sibling is still a young 34.
Had one in every color. :)

Oh, the 80's. Lots of crazy stuff. I never had enough hair (it's pretty fine) for a banana clip. And I could never get my hair 'big' enough! Oh how I wished for thick hair.

OMG, a banana clip!!! Can I tell you that my boss still wears these sometimes? It is too funny. She is a very put together, stylish woman and then I see her come to work wearing a banana clip. I don't have the heart to tell her that they went out of style 20 years ago!

This woman I work with still wears them. In colors like bright orange and neon green. Hmmm :-(
I grew my hair out to wear a banana clip. However it never looked as cool as the other girls!
I know what it is but they sadly never worked in my hair (too thick) I SOOOO wanted them to work though
That was just the 80's? Just kidding, had that and my spiral perm that fell out within 2 weeks of geeting it, but at least I had the big bangs to compensate.
My hair was always too thick for those. They broke on my hair.

OH MY GOODNESS I HEARTED BANANNA CLIPS! i wore it sideways, side pony style, with my extra long tee shirt tee tied on the side!
