Friday Fabulous Five- Justin Timberlake

Okay, usually I spot a celebrity and I don't give details because I don't think it's fair to rat them out when they're trying to have a life. That all changed Thursday night when I saw JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE.

This was the perfect sighting. Intimate restaurant, and sitting feet from me so I could stare. He is hot. He was not with Jessica Biel, but two other not so attractive brunettes instead.

He is in great shape and adorable. Even cuter in person!

This leads me to my five favorite celebrity sightings (other than JT):

1) Reese and Jake (can't say where but adorable and so in love)

2) Julie Andrews I saw her shopping in Brentwood and had to go up and tell her I loved her. She is too fabulous for words. I looove the Sound of Music and Mary Poppins!

3)Schneider From One Day At A Time: I swear I almost fainted when I saw the man in the elevator! I told him I adored him and he told me I made his day.

4)Cedric the Entertainer: I saw him at the airport and could not help myself. I said one of my favorite lines of his from "Kings of Comedy" to him and he cracked up!

5)Jackie from Workout: Hubby surprised me and got me a personal training session with her! She kicked my ass!!!!

Ever seen anyone famous? Who? Who? Tell me!

All of those sightings are awesome!

I can imagine that Jackie would give you the toughest workout ever!

attended junior high and high school with Parker Posey. Saw Sandra Bullock and Matthew McConaughey (Sp?) when they were making the John Grisham movie in Mississippi (ate at a chinese restaurant in the next table over). Ashton kutcher at a 4-way stop in Shreveport when he was here making a movie with Kevin Costner, can't remember the name of it. Emmitt Smith the football player helped me work a copy machine one time.

That is so cool. If I saw Julie Andrews - it would be really hard to keep myself from singing songs in the Sound of Music - I love her! I have never seen anyone famous :)

Once upon a time, my parents took me - as a young teen- to a Journey and Styx concert. Unfortunately I have a memory problem and have NO RECOLLECTION of this concert.
That was partly to rant about my sadness and to lead into this story:
The concert that I thought was my first concert was a Bob Dylan/Black Crowes concert. The drummer of the Crowes is Steve Gorman. My stepfather's best friend is Steves brother (got that?). So while I enjoyed being close to the stage and watching Chris rock out and Kate Hudson near by with a cigarette in one had and a glass of red wine in the other - my moment of spazness was when I went back stage. I reached for a soda in a cooler and about collided with Bob Dylan. Of course I spazzed and quickly backed out of the tent.

You really see a lot of celebs! We see them occasionally here in New Orleans, but not like you. Lucky girl!

My husband would be so jealous. He has a major man crush on JT. Which is surprising because he's such a hard rock lover. I posted a story about a celebrity sighting. It was too long to leave as a comment. Have a great weekend! :)

I just found your blog and am so glad I stumbled on this post! I am a huge JT fan and have had a few of my own JT sightings (more like stalkings ;) ) in LA and Vegas.

I rode up an elevator with Chris O'Donnell in Vienna, Austria when he was filming Three Musketeers. He is a cutie! I also saw Kiefer Sutherland on that trip.

In January, I saw Lyle Lovett at the Aspen airport.

Not very exciting, I know.

I've never seen anybody, unless you count Scott Hamilton, who went to my high school. My parents saw Kevin Costner in a stop in New Mexico and my cousin sold boots to Harrison Ford. Does that count? : )

I see Mark Conswelous (Kelly Ripa's husband at the gym in the mornings. We train at the same time. Mark is hotter in person. Talk about one fabulous Dad!

So cool JT! He's a cutie!
While in NYC, I've seen Spike Lee (walking near NYU), Grandpa Munster (handing out voting literature), Enrique Iglesis(exiting side entrance to MTV) and Al Roker(pushing stroller). Does Paula Deen count? Saw her in Savannah. And saw Snoop Dawg in Atlanta leaving a Best Buy. He was in town for a concert. Surprised I didn't see more while living in ATL. Lots of musicians live there.

The only famous people I've see in public are Robin Gibb from the Bee-Gees (at a restaurant in Las Vegas) Marie Osmond, on a flight from Chicago to Atlanta, and Jack Nicholson at a bar in NYC. In person at events I've met: General Norman Schwartzkoff (sp?)and does that count as famous???, Muhammad Ali, Stephen Covey, Huey Lewis, the Pointer Sisters, The Beach Boys, Tony Robbins, Tim McGraw and Faith Hill, Sara Evans, and Willie Nelson. I have several famous clients at my shop here in Atlanta. But, the most important is I can't believe you had a workout with Jackie! You MUST blog about that. What is she like? I'm 50/50 about her from watching the show.

No flashy celeb sightings in Chicago, I'm afraid. I saw Tom Arnold at a bar with some hot women (how does he get hot women???) at a Gold Coast bar. When I was in college I saw Jeremy Roenick (former Chicago Blackhawks hockey player) and his wife eating at a California Pizza Kitchen.

I met Bill Clinton at a speech he gave in Cincinnati before the '96 election. And I met Hillary at a rally on my university's campus before the '92 election. And for some odd reason, the comedian Richard Lewis was accompanying her. I met James Carville at a speech he and his wife gave in Cincinnati - afterward he came over and signed my book. Mary went backstage and never came out to greet any of her fans.

And lastly, when I worked in advertising, I met a plethora of D-list celebs - like Gervis and Sue from Survivor and Steven Cojocaru, who was actually quite lovely and nice.

A JT sighting!!!! You are so lucky! Last month while in Brentwood I saw Amy Smart, and am sad to report she looked way older in person.

I was a fencer in college and saw Jerry O'Connell at a fencing meet at NYU, he was a fencer also.

Once, we saw Artie Lange from the Howard Stern show walking down the street to a comedy club. He was cool.

Oh so jealous you got to see JT! He is super cute! Hubby thinks it's hilarious that I'm a JT fan. Met a few celebs no one too exciting. Ian Ziering from 90210...it was years ago when the show was on TV. Have a fabulous weekend!

WOW! JT! Although, I am with you on Schneider. That is a close second. Once I saw Dmitri from All My Children in an airport in Cincinnati, but that is as close to fame as I have ever been. *le sigh*

I am so jealous of your JT sighting...what a cutie, I heard that he is short? True? Okay Top Five Sightings...I'll post it.

Oh, did you work out with Jackie before or after her show??? I am completely riveted by that show, kind of train wreck and I love it.

I saw Julie Andrews shopping at Fred Segal in Santa Monica. :)

I'm in LA too so I have a whole list in my sidebar on my blog.

Oprah was THE sighting as far as I'm concerned.

Oh how lucky you are. Justin Timberlake would be a cool star sighting.

A few years back, Jessica Simpson was seated two rows behind me on a plane to Vegas. She was heading there for her sister's 21st birthday bash. It was right around the time all the rumors were going on about her and Nick splitting up and I noticed she wasn't wearing her wedding ring. We were practically walking with her and her cute dog and her assistant, CeCe and one body guard through the airport. We rode the same train with them and they sat right by us. I couldn't bring myself to ask for an autograph or take a picture. Afterwards I wish I had because my daughter and her friends were so disappointed I didn't have either. Oh well.

Does the Dalai Lama count? Cause we talked with him at Colgate in April. ..another funny story was when my younger daughter Nina ran our shopping cart into Perry Como in the Winn Dixie in Fla. I nearly fainted..."Who's Perry Como?" she asked....Ok, ok, I still have all his albums from college...What a voice.

Oh, I am so freakin' jealous. If I saw JT I would faint. I saw Mark Walhberg (he was hot) and Kevin Costner (he, surprisingly, was NOT hot) at Flemings in Tampa on the same night. They were not together, but weird that they would be eating at the same place on the same night. I also used to see Carrot Top all the time out at bars in Orlando. He is funny on stage, but was kind of a jerk out in public. I love your celebrity sightings!

Ok, I posted mine, so as not to take up space on your comments, this was a fun walk down memory lane.

I've met so many celebs I should do a post on this. And what's interesting is the ones you think would be nice many times are not, and vice versa.
