Sanity Break- Down On The Farm!

We took the kids to Underwood Farms last weekend, and an amazing thing happened. It was relaxing! Something about the wide open spaces, gorgeous fruits and vegetables, and fabulous weather just made it all so nice! We took a ride on the cow train, fed llamas, goats, sheep and pigs, and showed Landon that food can actually grow in the ground! There was strawberry picking and blackberry picking, it was a magical place.

I think Coco had fun. What do you think? Have you been to a working farm before? Or do you live on one? Do tell!

How fun! Love the pic - Coco is getting big and I love how Landon is peeking in at the corner! We need to do this, I need to find a farm nearby

What a fun day. I love the expression on Coco's face. My grandparents have a farm and I spend every Sunday there with my nephew.

My Dad grew up on a farm, one of nine. He tells such great stories. Each year - my vegetables in my garden are planted for him!

My in laws are ranchers and I grew up in the country. We used to go to "you pick" berry farms all the time. And we had twice weekly farmers markets.

I know my kids will looooove going to their grandparents house and getting to pick veggies, fruit and ride the horses.
