Landon did so well and was in such great spirits going in to surgery. The surgery went as well as it could go and the DR. was pleased. He came out, woke up and wanted to get out of there so we did!
He now has a big blue cast but is not in much pain thank GOD!

So happy he did well, he looks great in the picture. Did you know that usually around the 2nd to 4th day after a surgery, kids can have a down time as they come off the effects of the anesthesiology and pain meds. Not to scare you, but just be aware. My son was on morphine for 4 days before his sugery, more pain meds for 3 days later. Finally when all drugs were wearing off, he had crazy time, where we thought we needed to take him to ER. Called his surgeon, said it was the effect of coming off pain meds. It was rather scary, no one told us this would happen, and we were clueless. Hope all goes well for Landon, keep us updated and still thinking of all of you!
Great news, I am happy to hear it! I love his blue cast with the Doc's autograph :) Wishing Landon a speedy recovery - how long will he have to wear the cast?

Wow, I'm soooo happy all went smoothly! I'm sending best thoughts your way for an easy and speedy recovery for Landon:) I went through a surgery with Hunter when he was 11 months old and it was torture...I was soooo relieved when it was over!
