Halloween Menu

I am having a few kids and adults over for a little pre-trick or treating dinner and I am getting my menu together. Love all this inspiration! I could do these Mummie Dogs with mustard dot eyes for the kids... Or these witchy grilled cheese sandwiches maybe served with tomato soup! I could even do different grilled cheeses cheddar, mozzarella, on different breads. Or cut out bread like these witches and look at that tomato soup in test tubes!  That way adults and kids would love them...
Or I could do chicken "fingers" for the kids with a romesco sauce for dipping...
It's supposed to be 70 degrees that day and lower at night so I could make Beef Bourguignon for the adults and call it goulash!

Either way I thought this dip (blue cheese) in a gourd is fabulous. What do you think? Do you have a Halloween menu?

I love the hot dogs for kids. The host of my supper club served gazpacho spiked with vodka in test tubes. Look at my FB photos for inspiration.

I do have a Halloween menu. It's called "candy" and we eat it until we feel sick. Feel free to steal my menu!

I love all the ideas, wish I'd known about the mummy dogs when my kids were little!

We always had the kid's friends meet at our house first for dinner. It was make your own jack o'lantern pizzas and witches brew (cranberry juice with gummy eyeball ice cubes.) Everyone would then end back at our house and parents would come in as well for hot chocolate before going home.

Have fun with your two!

xx

Love the hot dogs. But in our house it was only Halloween cocktails! Witches Brew from Epicurious, Death in the Afternoon (bubbly and absinthe), also from Epi, and jello shots. Blood shots and Snot Shots!!
Love the pic from one of your Ween posts with you as Supergirl Hot!!
