Wheel...Of...Bortune!!!

So I'm feeding baby Coco and clearly this is also my TV watching time. Breastfeeding + Rocking Chair = TV watching. So I turn to Wheel Of Fortune so that I may feel superior by solving the puzzle at home and saying "I told you", to the contestants.

The puzzle was "Grilled Albacore Tuna with Lemon". The girl had one letter missing, the B of albacore tuna. She wants to spin and I am thinking, No....you're spinning to get more money right? Of course! Then she decides to choose a letter and she's really puzzled. Huh? Solve the puzzle! She tried to come up with the letter and I said No! No! You know this...Come on! And she says: "F?"

F. Alfacore tuna. ALFA-CORE TUNA PEOPLE. I mean seriously.

Well, at least I feel superior.

xo The Mrs.

Oh that is bad....I have to share a similar story...

Living in SC I hear all kinds of things and working in a store I meet all kinds of people, one day a woman was in our store and she had an accent, I couldn't quite place it and asked her where she was from. She ended up being from Amsterdam and we chat a little before she leaves. I then turn to my sales associate who says to me, "Isn't Amsterdam in New York?"

So awful!

she probably buys the gross kind in the can. my daughter was appalled when i came home with regular tuna and not albacore. She was 7 at the time.

Oh, my... and I think Wheel of Fortune screens their contestants pretty selectively too. Yikes!

HAHAHAHA! Isn't that hilarious? I am CONSTANTLY YELLING at the television during WOF. Maybe they get nervous and the mind wanders. How embarrassing for her.

I tried out for wheel of fortune in college and came close to making it to the next round. The pressure was insane!! I think I am going to have some alfacore tuna for lunch ;)

too funny. I bet 3 out of 4 people in Nebraska would bet that wrong. Don't get me wrong- it's a long walk to the beach from here and tuna isn't a red meat.

I am so glad I'm not the only one who yells at the people on Wheel of Fortune. Of course, I'd probably freeze up and miss the easiest one ever!

Hahaha. That is hilarious.

And kind of sad, too.

Oh my word, we also caught that show. (We do nightly Wheel of Fortune and then Jeopardy...we are the BIGGEST nerds.) We were so amazed at her ditziness, and every time something like that happens on that show, I swear I'm going to get myself on there and earn at least $30,000! :)
