Diary Of A Mean Pregnant Lady

Oh the mood I am in! This is what I'm like with no wine! LOL! This time around I am down right ornery. Poor hubby has to be on the other end of it because I have to be nice to Landon!

I think the combination of being tired and chasing a two year old and just being OLD, is getting to me. I find myself getting really pissed at hubby over such little things! I can't help myself! Oh boy...let's hope the second trimester I am more agreeable!

In the mean time since wine and Mojitos are out, I have found a few vices that are getting me through my "mean-ness".

1) Breyers Strawberry Ice Cream

2) O at Home Magazine

3) Project Runway

4) Janie and Jack Suede Loafers for Landon!

5) Greek Salad

PS

Vote for whether you think the baby is a boy or a girl!

love the picture! It also should say, "Back away now!" Enjoy all the ice cream you can. Pregnant ladies deserve it.

Poor thing! Maybe you can "shop" away the meanness, that would work for me ;)

ps. I think it is a girl...

That cartoon is hilarious! My friends who have been pregnant say it is really weird how strangers will approach you and want to ask questions, feel your belly, etc. Weird!

I hope that you start to feel more balanced soon!

hello! if anyone deserves to be a little grouchy, it is you! You are one fabulous mom and wife, so don't worry about feeling a little snappy. I get like that all the time and I have no good excuse! ;)

Have a good day!

I would love to see you with a little girl, she'd be super adorable and dressed well! But, I think you're having another boy! When do you find out for sure?

I'm voting girl just so I can live vicariously through you. ;-)

I was a fan of Edy's Double Chocolate Brownie when I was pregnant. I gained 6 pounds in my 5th month (my doctor was not pleased)...but I too like to have a almost nightly wine-o...and missed it dearly during pregnancy!

OMG I can so relate to you right now. I am in my second trimester but unfortunately the fatter I get the meaner I get. I vote girl! BTW: where did you get your little pregnancy counter on your blog? Too Cute!

You're certainly entitled to feel cranky, Mom with the Mostest!

I voted girl, so you have a little one with whom to share your feminine fabulosity.

So funny- I know what you mean about feeling bad that your husband gets the brunt of it. I think you are haviing a girl because your symptoms are different than last time...

Oh, I feel your pain (and nausea and tiredness!) And I CRAVED greek salads when I was in my first trimester, too. Yum!

Girl. Has.To.Be.

I have a confession, I would never walk up to a stranger who was pregnant to touch her belly, but my very dear friend, who just had a baby through IUI, let me feel her tummy all the time and I could have died every time. I thought that it was so precious of her to share that with me because I know a lot of women complain about that....but she shared with me and it was so kind of her to know my heart.

I hope you get to feeling back to yourself again so, until then enjoy the indulgences and take care of yourself!!!

I vote girl...

About the crankyness, this is your time. Be cranky, eat ice cream and all of your cravings. Sit on the couch and watch TV. You can still be fabulous and cranky.

Oh, hang in there...have a bowl of strawberry ice cream for me. I'm definitely thinking pink and cast my vote that your new fabulous baby is a girl. :)

I say girl. I was much meaner/crankier with my daughter's pregnancy and just weepy (and constantly vomiting) with my son.
